Please be aware that Battlescale is a purely one man operation. Although a small stock is usually kept, most orders are cast to order.

Processing time is between 5 & 30 days. 

Upon placement of your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this within 24 hours then please check your spam folder.

All orders are safely packed and are delivered via 2nd Class Royal Mail. UK Orders exceeding £35 will be sent with free postage.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: .

All our U.S. Customers are advised that the recently imposed 10% tariff is collected at checkout. You will have no further charges to pay upon delivery.

E.U. countries, Australia, New Zealand and Canadian orders are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. Please note that we are not liable for any extra charges imposed during the delivery of your parcel.
