Wargame Building Delivery Information

Please be aware that Battlescale is a purely one-man operation. While a small stock of wargame buildings is usually kept, most orders are processed to order. Our orders processing time ranges between 5 and 30 days. 

Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

All orders are safely packed and delivered via 2nd Class Royal Mail. UK orders exceeding £35 will enjoy free postage.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: 

All our U.S. customers are advised that the recently imposed 10% tariff is collected at checkout, meaning you will have no further charges to pay upon delivery.  All orders in excess of £200 will be sent postage free **

For E.U. countries, any order exceeding £150 will be sent postage free **

For customers in Australia & New Zealand, we use the Royal Mail International Tracked service. All orders exceeding £250 will be sent postage free **

Please note that we are not liable for any extra charges imposed during the delivery of your parcel.
