Wargame Building Delivery Information

Please be aware that Battlescale is a purely one-man operation. While a small stock of wargame buildings is usually kept, most orders are processed to order. Our orders processing time ranges between 5 and 30 days. 

Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

All orders are safely packed and delivered via 2nd Class Royal Mail. UK orders exceeding £35 will enjoy free postage.

OVERSEAS ORDERS: 

All our U.S. customers are advised that the recently imposed 10% tariff is collected at checkout, meaning you will have no further charges to pay upon delivery.  A flat rate charge of £17.53 shipping is charged at checkout. This charge covers all orders upto 1kg in weight. Should your order exceed this weight we will send you a PayPal invoice for the outstanding amount. 

A fixed delivery charge is set for all E.U. customers. Please note that if the actual postage cost is more than the total charged, we will issue a PayPal payment request for the balance.
