Please be aware that Battlescale is a purely one man operation. Although a small stock is usually kept, most orders are cast to order.

Processing time is between 5 & 30 days. 

Upon placement of your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see this within 24 hours then please check your spam folder.

All orders are safely packed and are delivered via 2nd Class Royal Mail. UK Orders exceeding £35 will be sent with free postage.

OVERSEAS ORDERS:

We currently ship to the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

None UK shipping is a flat rate charge dependent upon location.

Should your order exceed the flat rate considerably, then we may contact you to request further payment prior to despatch.

E.U. & U.S.A.
All our E.U. Parcels are sent to a delivery hub in the Netherlands and will be despatched from there to your address. We collect a 21% customs tax at checkout and you will have no further charges to pay upon delivery.

U.S. Customers are advised that the recently imposed 10% tariff is collected at checkout. Again, you will have no further charges to pay upon delivery.
